Very clean and nice place. Good sized new-fashioned room. Conchitas, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel.

All in all attractive and competitive value for money. Lovely view and shower facilities, a hair dryer and fresh towels in the bathroom. Location was within 10 min walking distance to Mermaid Beach. Owner was lovely...

Dine nearby at Kalala Restaurant, which is 300 m away. Convenient base for a weekend in Folkestone! It took 15 minutes to reach Mermaid Beach on foot: )

coffee, tea, wines and beers in the bar. really conveniently located hotel. the staff was loyal all the time. we really enjoyed relish.
